OUR FITNESS PROGRAM

STEVE BASILE'S ONE-TO-ONE FITNESS PROGRAM

Steve Basile's one-to-one fitness program is the culmination of more than 35 years of training experience.

The one-to-one fitness program promotes increased strength and flexibility, increases energy levels, and reduces body fat. Each Top Shape trainer customizes Steve's core fitness program to meet your individual needs and goals.

During each session, a trainer guides you through every step of your workout. Trainers emphasize correct form for each exercise to help you work out safely and to ensure maximum results.

EACH 60 MINUTE SESSION INCLUDES:

 

  • Cardiovascular warm up
  • Lower body stretching
  • Core/abdominal exercises
  • Resistance training using machines and free weights
  • Cardiovascular exercise on treadmills, ellipticals, or bikes
  • Upper body stretching and cool down
